Emarginato, costretto dal paesaggio di un’infrastruttura, spettatore impassibile dell’inesorabile scomparsa del sistema di cui era stato principio generatore e centro logistico. 

Maso Aspen è uno dei tanti masi del fondovalle Trentino che furono luogo in equilibrio tra le risorse che offriva il territorio e le economie capitaliste e sussistenza delle comunità locali, a lungo custodi di biodiversità e sapere, veri e propri esempi di sviluppo sostenibile. Negli anni ha perso tutti il ruolo di cento di organizzazione del paesaggio e i collegamenti positivi che lo legavano ai sistemi economici, ecologici e sociali.

Maso Aspen is one of the many farmhouses in the Trentino valley that were places in balance between the resources offered by the territory and the capitalist and subsistence economies of local communities, long guardians of biodiversity and knowledge, true examples of sustainable development. Over the years, it has lost its role as a center of landscape organization and the positive connections that linked it to economic, ecological, and social systems.
