“Attrezzi. Dal lavoro al sogno sportivo” racconta l’identità del territorio trentino attraverso una selezione di manufatti etnografici e di un repertorio fotografico e documentario. La mostra esplora il cambiamento della cultura tradizionale tra Ottocento e Novecento, evidenziando come la nascita del “mondo borghese” abbia cambiato la percezione dello spazio montano, trasformando l’utilizzo di attrezzi da lavoro in occasioni di svago.

Elemento centrale dell’allestimento è il legno, che funge da filo narrativo nel il percorso espositivo. Attraverso la sua texture, i suoi toni caldi e la sua matericità, il legno crea un’atmosfera montana autentica reinterpretata in chiave contemporanea. Diventa il supporto che accoglie gli oggetti e le memorie di epoche diverse, accompagnando il visitatore in un racconto che attraversa l’evoluzione degli sport invernali.

Tradizione e contemporaneità dialogano così in uno spazio coerente e avvolgente, dove il legno unifica, connette e dà identità all’intera mostra.

EN / “Attrezzi. Dal lavoro al sogno sportivo” tells the story of the identity of the Trentino region through a selection of ethnographic artefacts and a photographic and documentary archive. The exhibition explores the transformation of traditional culture between the nineteenth and twentieth centuries, highlighting how the emergence of the “bourgeois world” reshaped the perception of mountain landscapes, turning work tools into opportunities for leisure.

Wood is the central element of the exhibition design, acting as a narrative thread throughout the display. Through its texture, warm tones, and material quality, wood creates an authentic mountain atmosphere reinterpreted in a contemporary way. It becomes the support that hosts objects and memories from different eras, guiding visitors through a narrative that traces the evolution of winter sports.

Tradition and contemporaneity thus come together in a coherent and immersive space, where wood unifies, connects, and gives identity to the entire exhibition.
